Our school has three different procedures if you want to transfer from your current secondary school to a programme at our school:
1. Students who have to leave their current secondary school.
These students attend a school that does not offer upper secondary education and therefore have to change schools.
2. Students who wish to change secondary schools.
Due to up or down streaming, profile choice, support needs or because this is what you and/or your parent(s)/guardian(s) want.
3. Registration during the school year due to relocation.
Are you currently attending a secondary school without upper years, such as Parmant Antoon or Parmant Helder, and would you like to start at Stedelijk College Eindhoven Henegouwenlaan after the summer holidays? Then you can register during the central registration week in March (this is part of the registration process for year 1).
From Wednesday 18 March 2026, you can make an appointment via our website to visit us on Wednesday 25 March 2025 between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. or Thursday 26 March between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please bring your ID or passport so that we can help you with your enrolment as efficiently as possible.
Did you miss this registration period? Then follow the registration procedure that runs from Monday 18 to Sunday 24 May 2026, as described in point 2 on this page.
Are you a student at Global College Eindhoven?
Then you register centrally for secondary education, together with the staff of Global College Eindhoven who will help you with this. Central registration takes place on Thursday 26 March between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Global College Eindhoven. During this time, you can arrange the registration for your new school together with your parent(s)/guardian(s).
Would you like to transfer from another secondary school in the coming school year due to promotion or demotion, choice of profile, need for support, or is this a wish of yours and/or your parent(s)/guardian(s)? If so, you can register during the secondary school registration week from Monday 18 to Sunday 24 May 2026.
In the Eindhoven region, the registration process is done via LDOS (www.ldos.nl). LDOS is the digital central registration system of the Eindhoven-Kempenland partnership, where you and your parents/guardians indicate your top three preferred secondary schools. The aim is to assign as many pupils as possible to their first-choice school.
How does the registration process work?
Your parents/guardians will receive login details for LDOS from your current school to register you. You list the three schools in order of preference. You can only choose schools that offer the level that corresponds to your school recommendation.
Do I need to schedule an enrolment interview?
No, that is not necessary if you have received your login details for LDOS. If you have not received these details, an enrolment interview is mandatory. Have you received your login details but would you like to visit us so we can help you enrol? You are more than welcome!
Come by on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. Our doors are open between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. You don’t need to make an appointment, but it is important that your parents/guardians are present. Be sure to bring your ID card or passport. If you are unable to visit on this date, please write an email together with your parent(s)/guardian(s) briefly explaining why you want to transfer and which programme you would like to attend. You can send this email to: hgl-aanmelden-instromers@stedelijkcollege.nl. We will contact you within a week.
When will I know which school I have been assigned to?
On Monday 1 June, from 4 p.m. onwards, you will be able to see which secondary school you have been assigned to via the parent portal in LDOS (this does not mean that you have been definitively admitted; you will be notified of this by 1 July 2026 at the latest). You will receive a confirmation email from the school to which you have been assigned.
Additional information required
To complete your registration, we need some additional information. We therefore ask you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) to complete our school’s own registration form. You must also submit your profile choice. The confirmation email dated 1 June contains a link to the school’s digital registration form and information on where to find the profile choice form. Please ensure that the school’s registration form and your profile choice are sent to us digitally by Friday 5 June 2026 at the latest.
If, after the allocation, you and your parents/guardians decide to go to another school outside the region, you must contact the allocated school yourself.
Good to know
When you have applied for a course in one of the higher years, Stedelijk College Eindhoven will request a number of details from your current school, including your study results and recommendation. The admissions committee can only process your application once we have received all the details from your current school.
Admission always involves provisional placement in the desired year group of a particular department. Once you have received your final report from your current school, your parent(s)/guardian(s) must send it to our student administration department immediately. Admission will only become final once this report has been received.
Please note!!
When will I be informed of the school to which I have been definitively admitted?
We will send you the final admission decision within six weeks (no later than 1 July 2026). This decision will state whether you can be placed at our school. We base this on the number of places we have available for pupils entering a higher year group. The following applies:
Important information after final placement
After final placement, you will receive a letter containing information about the coming school year.
Would you like to enrol in a higher year during the current school year because you are moving to our region? Please send an email to hgl-aanmelden-instromers@stedelijkcollege.nl indicating which programme you would like to enrol in. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options available.
If you have any questions about registering, please contact us.
We will be happy to answer all your questions or arrange an appointment to meet.
